Warranty and refunds
30-Day Money Back GuaranteeIf your package is damaged upon delivery, make a claim with the delivery person and inform us immediately. After delivery, if there’s something wrong with your product, please notify us about it immediately otherwise, you will be charged for these damages if you return the product. To be eligible for a full refund, we require that the item and all accessories provided are in their original condition and packaging. Remember that you have to cover the shipping costs upon return of the item. Sadly, the shipping fees are not refundable. Read more about our refund policy here.
2 Year Warranty
The item is covered by a two-year limited consumer warranty, issued by Louder S.r.l. The warranty is issued to the customer who buys a new item directly from Louder S.r.l. This warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user. Any item bought from official retailers has its warranty issued by the respective retailer. Louder S.r.l. warrants to the customer that the device will, under normal use, function substantially in accordance with Louder S.r.l. technical specifications or accompanying product documentation for a period of two years from the date of the original purchase. We ship worldwideNormally the package is delivered in 2 - 5 business days via Express Courier worldwide. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and a link that you can use in order to see the delivery status on the carrier’s website. Please note that our shipping company has been instructed not to leave any packages at the customer's door, and the carrier can complete the delivery only after a signature. If no one is home, they will contact you and arrange a new delivery time with you. Contact us.
Import duties and VAT
All of the products outside the EU are sold without VAT. Our non-EU customers will be charged separately for import duties and taxes as the package passes through your local customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Louder S.r.l. has no control over these charges and doesn't provide an estimate of the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It's suggested to contact local customs offices, to get an estimate of the duty charges to be expected.
